Wend for a desert and coffee, on the right side of the restaurant terrace there is a secondary entrance and nice rustic lounge chairs and tables are found. The restaurant was empty and we enjoyed the setting and service.
The rooms are old, and many things don’t function. In the restaurant, we were made to wait a full hour for food, and what was served was barely edible. The waiters are extremely careless and disrespectful, openly discriminating based on religion, language, and race, and they flaunt it with mockery. I condemn the racism, deliberate slow service, and disrespect shown to me and the entire Turkish group. This is the worst hotel and mentality I’ve encountered in all of the Balkans.
I understand is a 4 stars hotel, but definitely the services sucks. The waitress yelled at one of the ladies in our group, the other waiter was totally rude & the breakfast was terrible, in 10 minutes it was over. If you are sent to the 4th floor the elevator doesn’t reach it, you’d have to carry up your 46 pounds luggage by yourself. The location is great but is not the only one. I’d recommend to look for another option.
