Millennium Atria Business Bay

I had an excellent experience with the housekeeping service during my stay. Saddam and Abdul were both outstanding – polite, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was always spotless, well-arranged, and stocked with everything I needed. Their dedication and friendliness truly made my stay more comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a great overall experience. The place is very clean, quiet, and beautifully designed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which made everything even more comfortable. Special thanks to Peter at the reception who was incredibly kind and upgraded our room it made a big difference and was truly appreciated. Also, I want to highlight Abdul from room service. I had an issue during my stay, and he went above and beyond to personally follow up and make sure everything was resolved. His support was exceptional and exceeded expectations. The only minor downside was that the furniture looked a bit worn, but everything was well-maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel was really great in terms of service and support. Even when we needed a doctor, they arranged everything and sent one for us, which we really appreciated. I’d like to thank the ladies at the reception desk—sorry I don’t remember your names. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit that was very nice and comfortable. One thing to note is that the hotel seems more suitable for business travelers. It doesn't have facilities for children, and the pool is very small and not really usable. So for families like ours who are traveling for leisure, it might not be the most practical choice. The location is also in a business area, so there’s very heavy traffic in the evenings.
