Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

Great room for the price, very spacious for a NYC room, and clean. Staff was excellent professional, attentive and available. It was raining one day and a staff member offered us a free umbrella to use. The location is perfect. Midtown Manhattan center of everything, Broadway, Times Square, hundreds of restaurants and tons of shopping. Everything is a 5 minute walk away A Parking deck is right across the street if needed, but a car in NYC is not necessary. The average NYC parking price is 50$ per day and you’ll just be stuck in traffic. Walking is much faster. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Location was fantastic, the view from the room was also great. The cleanliness of this hotel is extremely lacking. The bedding was really clean and looked good. However the floors, clearly no one has vacuumed the hallways and the hotel room itself in an extremely long time. There were bits of debris all over the floors in the actual hotel room. Hair, random threads, little tiny chunks of what looked like paper all over the carpet. The carpet had many many stains. The bathroom floor also had debris, dirt, and hair all over it. There were a few hairs stuck to the wall in the bathtub which also didn’t drain very quickly so you were standing in a couple inches of water while showering. Yes I would recommend this hotel based of view and location, but beware their cleaning standards seem extremely poor which means they probably are lacking in standards elsewhere. There is a reason this hotel is on the cheaper side.

Location was great if your seeing plays or love Times Square. The hotel itself is old and in need of TLC. The bathrooms had black mold and faucets dripped. There was limited space to put your clothing. There is no restaurant or bar or any place in the lobby to sit and chat. had to wait over 15 minutes for an elevator. There were 5 of them but only 2 worked. The hotel staff did not care. No coffee maker in room. Has to request one. No fridge either.
