Perfect location in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Next door to Queen Street Train Station and numerous eating and drinking options. Very cosy bar or terrace for people watching to enjoy a drink in. Very friendly and helpful staff who will advise on attractions. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Already looking forward to returning.
Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. This is an older style hotel, right in the heart of Glasgow, perched over George Square so ypu do get to experience the hustle and bustle of city life and absorb the friendly atmosphere Glasgow exudes in spades. Staff were great, took me a while to work the lifts out and out of hours make a decent pot of tea too!
Although refurb is on going the Public areas are now very welcoming and comfortable. Bar is well stocked, at the moment only Breakfast available at the Hotel. The Staff are one of this Hotels biggest assets, if you need assistance most are more than willing to assist. Relaxing atmosphere with guests from varying countries.
