The hotel was spectacular! Its location is perfect for exploring Chicago, just two blocks from Lake Michigan. The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, fresh-smelling, and impeccably clean, even with carpeted floors. The bathrooms were also extremely clean and well maintained. Everything was truly impeccable. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. Highly recommended!
Room was great! AC worked great! This hotel was within walking distance of most places. Bus was convenient so we didn’t have to rent a car. The only thing we didn’t like was the extra daily fee that is charged, close to $25 a day. The fees were for things that every other hotel includes in their price. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.
The only major issue we had with this place is that they gave us a room that didn't have a fridge when we first arrived. But they fixed it quickly. The hotel was neat, clean, and, beautiful. And it was centrally located. I would add, though, be prepared to pay lots of extra fees (early check-in, daily convenience fee, etc.). I'd probably give this place 3.5 stars if the option existed.
