Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge

Wonderful stay and perfect location! The hotel is in a fantastic spot, making everything easily accessible. The rooms were spotless and the bed was very cozy. The staff were exceptional—always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to Payal for her outstanding support. Our stay was seamless and truly enjoyable.

Loved staying here. Had a room at the Sloane street view so lovely and cool. Lovely friendly staff, comfy rooms with minibar, safe, hairdryer etc. Restaurant had a good variety of quickly served tasty breakfast.Reasonably priced. Prerana helped us to book a cab and offered few location to visit. This hotel was great for a base if you were out most of the day as it was near by underground station. Did something different everyday and still could have stayed another week. So picturesque, great for taking pictures. We will return for sure!

One of the worst hotels in London in terms of service — they rely solely on their prime location and nothing else. The story: I had an issue at check-in. I had booked two beds, but upon arrival, they gave me only one. When I asked for a solution, they refused. I asked to speak to the manager, and the receptionist told me, “I’m the manager here.” I even offered to pay extra for the service, but they still refused. I also noticed that the hotel has constant problems with the reception. I do not recommend it. Side note: I’m a global reviewer 😅🤷🏻‍♂️
