It’s run by scammers. I was overcharged 300 euros . They never refunded my 100 euro deposit twice. I made 2 consecutive bookings because I had to extend my stay. When I extended it for a few more nights, they made me put down another 100 euros for their deposit, without refunding me the first one. They also overcharged me 33 euros on a room that I booked online, they made me pay their own price even though I booked online for lower rate . And the shuttle that was supposed to be free , I was charged 70 euros, just for one stop , a five minute ride from the airport , I was forced to pay 70 euros. A group of men hovered around me and made me pay or else they wouldn’t let me get off the bus and threatened to call the police. The whole scene there is full of thieves and dishonest people, liars and scammers. I’m never going back to France again. Please avoid this country at all cost, I have travelled all around the world , even to third world counties , but none are nearly as corrupt as France , the place sucks, worst country I’ve ever visited. it’s just hyped up for some reason. I literally got scammed 300 euros , not by a street person, but “legally” by people who work with the hotel and transportation system near CDG airport. I hope these people get what they deserve, and somehow I get my money back. Honestly they are criminals, all of them. I am a good honest person, a philanthropist , and I am involved in charitable works in poor countries, I cannot even comprehend how I could be treated this way.

I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Location, amenities are fine BUT the service personnel are REALLY BAD. I was on a group tour and we experienced pathetic behavior. The person at the reception counter can make you wait for hours and not address your concern/requirements in-addition to curt/rude replies. During breakfast we saw the service staff pushing and shoving guests of ALL ages (senior citizens and small kids included). Each one of them were very aggressive in their behavior. I had breakfast twice and it was similar on both the days. One of the restaurant attendant (waiter staff) was loudly swearing, cursing, abusing while cleaning the tables. I have had the privilege to stay in numerous hotels across countries but never have I seen people in the hospitality industry behave this way. I will suggest all tour operators to reconsider booking into this hotel

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Maintenance Rating: 1/5 I recently stayed at Hotel Millenium in France, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The service was notably poor, with several issues that went unaddressed. The kettle in the room wasn't working, and despite requesting, the rooms weren't cleaned properly. What was most disappointing was the attitude of the staff. They seemed indifferent and unresponsive, giving the impression that they were unaccountable to the guests. As paying customers, we expect a certain level of service and respect, which was lacking in our case. Given the subpar experience, I would have given a 0-star rating if possible. Hopefully, the hotel management will take guest feedback seriously and work towards improving their services. Would not recommend.
