This hotel is near the sea , walking distance and it is also very close the center and all the points of interest. They have breakfast and they operate also one of the good restaurants of this city at their roof garden with a great view. They also have a parking with an additional fair price of 15lei per day

Perfectly located just steps from the sea and close to the city center, it offers stunning sea-view rooms that are modern, clean and comfortable. The highlight is the rooftop restaurant, a great experience with delicious food and a beautiful view. Definitely a place I recommend if you’re visiting Constanta, for business or leisure.

The rooms in this hotel are extremely modern and well-designed - they are spacious with a great view of the sea, comfortable furnishings and the bathroom glass windows make a great finishing touch. They also store your bags if you want to spend the day exploring without needing to carry them around, which was appreciated. It's only a short walk to the seafront and main town. However, my room was extremely hot - 28c and the air conditioning didn't work, or at least it didn't do anything to cool the room down. After having it on full power for 3 hours the temperature had not changed. I called reception and they weren't very helpful, told me they'd reset it (they turned it off and on again) and no change. Made for a really uncomfortable night. Furthermore, I clearly misread the sign in the room saying the water was free, and consumed one of the bottles in the fridge since the room was so hot; clearly I was wrong and upon going to collect my bags, was told (to quote) "you tried to steal the water from the mini bar". I was happy to pay for it but I really didn't appreciate being accused of stealing and adopting such a curt approach over a mistake and 10 lei. I will find another place in future.
