The hotel is excellent — very clean and well-maintained. The food is delicious, with a good variety of options. One of the highlights is the large mosque within the hotel complex, which adds to the convenience and spiritual atmosphere. There are also markets and boutiques nearby, making it feel like a small, self-contained town. The only downside is that the hotel is located farther from the Kaaba, so you need to take a bus to get there. However, the shuttle service is well-organized and makes the trip manageable.

Best hotel services and stuff. Very clean and comfy. The stuff are great and the restaurant as good. Transportation to and from al Haram is not always available so Ihad a taxi from Haram which costs me 40 SAR, so far good experience I strongly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives to note, the overall experience left much to be desired. To begin with, the location of the hotel is excellent—well situated with easy access to nearby attractions. There’s a plaza nearby and a supermarket which is convenient. It is situated on a steep hill which makes unloading luggage difficult. The pricing was reasonable for the area, and the breakfast served each morning was a pleasant surprise in both variety and quality. Fabulous egg and pancake stations. However, some things didn’t taste fresh like the shakshooka and the sausages. Also, the cheeses weren’t chilled/preserved. You could see they had gone warm and melted. Our check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and despite the issues during our stay, the environment remained generally quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. Upon arrival, we were immediately offered Saudi coffee in exchange for leaving a five-star review before even stepping foot into our room. This approach felt misleading and undermined the credibility of previous reviews. Once in our room, the issues became apparent. The refrigerator was not only non-functional but also unclean. After requesting it to be cleaned, it took a considerable amount of time for housekeeping to arrive, which was inconvenient, especially given the outside heat whereby our refrigerated items needed cooling. Luckily , we had another room where we transferred our fridge items. Additionally, despite checking in with luggage, the bell boy did not bring our bags up promptly. We had to request them three separate times before they were finally delivered. This delayed us and it was very inconvenient especially after a long journey. The hallway sensor lights near both of our rooms did not work, making it difficult to enter or exit the rooms safely, particularly at night. Once inside, we found the room to be noticeably dusty, with an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom that lingered throughout our stay. These hygiene issues were not reflective of a property that aspires to receive high ratings. We requested extra bedding at the reception and were told it would be brought up to our room in which it was not. The bus service to the Holy Mosque in Mekkah was excellent. Has charging hubs on the bus comfortable and cool. Enough seating spaces and it came on time. However, the shuttle timing schedule has return timings but it did not have a return service. We were directed to take a taxi back by the driver. Unfortunately, this is very disappointing and misleading. The bathroom was very cramped. Seems like it has been designed to be suitable for people who need assistance with support bars etc. However, it was far too small. Very little hotel supplies provided. While we appreciated the quiet environment and convenient location, the lack of cleanliness, slow service, and push for premature positive reviews left us disappointed. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations, and we would be hesitant to return.
