I had a great stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza in Tokyo. The location is excellent with perfect public transport connections, and it's also ideal for exploring Tokyo on foot. The rooms are spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the staff were absolutely fantastic – friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
Perfect location! To fish market or shopping area are all within 10minutes walking distance! Easy to take subway to airport, no need to change train. However, the room cleaning needs to improve ! Still recommended!
I would like to express my appreciation for my stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, and the staff has been exceptionally kind and professional. However, I was quite surprised when I requested a late check-out after 12:00 PM because of my late flight and was informed that an additional fee was required!!. In my experience, many hotels around the world offer this as a courtesy to their guests whenever possible. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel does not provide room service (food menu), which was unexpected. While the hotel itself is wonderful, I now realize that it does not fully meet my personal needs. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope my feedback is helpful.
