Millennium Palestine Ramallah

Enjoyed my stay at the Millennium Hotel, Ramallah. Good service, decent rooms, good food, and lots more. If you love swimming, they have a very big pool with bar service. Also very neat hotel.

This hotel has very good potential, but the service and rooms were terrible. I spent my first 3nights as a newlywed groom and came to find a baby cradle, no towels and an a/c that does not work. I had agreed with them to come as a newlywed to a clean and a decorated room but that’s was not the case. There is much more to say, but this is enough. Will never recommend nor come back I will take any money to caramel hotel. They were to expensive for this quality of service

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. They shut off their credit card devices so you can’t pay by credit card, then they blame it on you as your card declined and then tell you to pay cash. They ask for a certain amount in shekel and when you try to pay with dollars, they calculate it a ridiculous discounted rate.
