I had a great experience with Rhea we meet her in the restaurant. She was very polite, professional, and always attentive to every detail with her good service. The food was always perfect same breakfast but the service what she always give is make our experience big happy memories! we will never forget this hotel and we will come back again and again❤️, she always same Lady as we feel like home this hotel she care like a family and our room well organized thanks to the House keeping they always clean our room good... I chose this hotel for my vacation. It was a wonderful 9 days. The staff is responsive, always smiling and ready to help. As a travel agent, I recommend this hotel. There are shops and cafes nearly, within walking distance of the metro and bus stop. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to shopping centres and a beach. Since I planned to walk a lot, this hotel was perfect for its price. Good service, good breakfasts and cool rooms, the hotel also has a swimming pool. I have been to the best hotels in the world, but this stands out to be one of the best. One of the best hotels in the country, and we all know UAE hotel standards is one of the best in the world. This is a top notch prestigious hotel with amazing service and prices. The staff are attentive. The decor is impeccable and super impressive. The food is really delicious. It's so cozy and relaxing. I highly recommend it over any other hotel!
