Beautiful hotel in a lovely traditional village. Rooms are beautiful decorated, nice rooftop pool area with views to the ocean and mountains. Staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly! Will definitely come back soon!
Wonderful experience, The staff are very attentive and helpful. Lovely quiet location and views out across the town from the sun terrace. The pool and jacuzzi an added bonus. Breakfast offers a large choice and caters for allergies. There is no restaurant but local cafés and restaurants. They can also organise a taxi to their sister hotel restaurant 15 minutes drive away The only downside is the lack of parking.cwe reallly enjoyed out weeks stay.
The Zafiro Can Ribera is a relatively small boutique hotel of the popular Zafiro chain in Mallorca and offers a very personal experience with only 21 rooms. First of all I want to espacially emphasize the great service of Elisa who did everything to make it a great stay for us and fulfill all the special requests we had. In this regard I would have given more than 5 stars for service as this was beyond standard and really impressed me. The reason why I couldn't give 5 stars overall is, that the hotel has some really good rooms (facing to the courtyard) and less good rooms facing to the street which come with loud street noise (especially scooters) and street light, that can not be completely blinded of at night. The noise of the street is really just like the windows were open. Mainly the reason for that is, that the windows to the street are only single glazed. This should be changed in the future. Unfortunately you can not book courtyard rooms and which room you get is randomly desicded during check-in. If this would be changed I would definitely consider to come back as the hotel itself is really nice and the restaurant is also worth a visit. For Spain the bed is quite comfy. Usually the beds here are extremely firm (even at the Hilton hotel). But in this hotel I had a good sleep. Bathroom and other amenities such as the pool are also really nice despite laying at the pool is quite complicated as there is not much shade and due to strong winds the umbrellas can not be used all the time.
