Very nice tent room with romantic atmosphere. Place are small, clean and staff was helpful. Little bit far from Madrid but worth to visit.
Magical place with top notch infrastructure. All personal we were in contact with were more than delightful and very accomodating to our needs. A perfect place to just be. The full moon night was the cherry on top.
Bubble itself is impressive and feels very intimate. Nice view and good bed, jacuzzi was amazing (even tho a bit broken 😂). BUT! Customer service is not that good and they disappointed us in few ways. First, we paid for one type of bubble but they gave us cheaper one. They told that that’s what they see in their system so they can’t help us. No compensation, no anything. Also, we asked for diner in the bubble and they brought it 40 minutes later then was expected. Apparently, they don’t serve it earlier then 20:30, but girl on reception haven’t mentioned that in any moment and agreed to do if for 20:00. One more detail - kitkat from minibar have been expired 2 month ago. Food in the restaurant haven’t been impressive, normal, but could be better. So, we have very ambivalent feelings about this hotel - idea is amazing and bubble is nice, but for the money we paid we should have received much better service. I don’t want to say that stuff of the hotel was bad, in fact they were nice. What we didn’t like at all is that our problems weren’t solved in a proper way.
