We stayed here in late April after booking a last-minute holiday. We were greeted by David y Luis and his team, who were all very welcoming. We were among the first guests of the season, and the hotel was pleasantly quiet—which was ideal. The front of house staff spoke several languages, so discussing our itinerary, parking, etc., was hassle-free. They also kindly upgraded us for free, as we had unknowingly booked a smaller room—this was gratefully accepted! There’s no parking on site, as the hotel is located right on the coast, but we managed to find parking nearby almost every night without issue (April may be better than peak times). The food was very nice, with a decent spread each day. The chefs took made-to-order requests for omelettes and meats at the counter, too. The staff were all great, everything was clean, and the grounds are modern. The pool is fairly small but definitely big enough for your holiday needs—just be aware that the sun isn’t always on it, so it might be a bit chilly (didn’t stop us!) in the AM. There’s also a small rooftop pool and bar that was closed during our stay, but it adds something different and became a favourite spot for us later in the afternoons. I would definitely recommend renting a car for this holiday, as it’s about an hour from the airport. This is all pretty simple to arrange as long as you have a credit card—you’ll be charged more if using a debit card (as we did). However, once you're there, you’ll find several options for food and drink, with the beach just a few minutes’ walk in either direction. I was initially unsure about the area, but after strolling in both directions along the hotel front, we realised there was lots of choice with independently-ran restaurants. Overall, I would definitely stay here again—it offers great value for money. Thanks for having us!
Okay, so I hope this review can help anyone who is quite particular with cleanliness and bed comfort like me, but I'll start of by saying I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! The Rooms: We stayed in a sea view room, I decided to upgrade it (120 euro) because there is a karaoke bar on one side of the hotel which I read online can be quite loud, and I am a light sleeper. So glad I upgraded because it was so lovely and quiet. The Rooms are literally scrubbed to perfection. It is hands down the cleanest, most nice smelling hotel I've ever been to! I also noticed whist sunbathing the cleaning ladies really put in so much care with the cleanliness. The beds are super comfy too, the aircon works great and also there is a ceiling fan. The Rooms are tastefully decorated and the shower is lovely. There is an espresso machine and kettle so you can enjoy a cuppa whist you sit out on the balcony. The Staff: ALL super lovely very nice people. The hotel manager was wonderful. We had a slight issue where we had a leak (I think it was a minor issue with the aircon) and he had it fixed immediately and then for the inconvenience of it he allowed us a full day on the lovely reserved sun bed. Top service from the hotel. Heck, even the man who fixed the issue who didn't speak barely and English was a delightful chap! Very friendly. The Food: Breakfast service was great. Got plenty of options with pastries, eggs, omelettes and drinks. I think there was one day where the hash browns were dry but then they were fine again after that one 'off' day. We enjoyed the options offered here. Facilities: The sky bar was beautiful, with gorgeous views. The cocktails were great. The entertainment great. The downstairs pool has a super chill atmosphere and we relaxed so much here. The staff would bring us drinks over after ordering them, it almost made you feel bad for the lovely service lol. The gym is small but you get a good workout in. We didn't use the spa, but we had a look around and it looked great. We definitely want to come back here when we next visit Mallorca. We aren't often visiting hotter climate countries but being here made us so comfortable. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
If you’re American, do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel. I had a very disappointing experience here. Be careful with ALL your belongings—housekeeping is NOT to be trusted. I had items go missing from my room (including a$100 bill rolled up in my backpack), and while the staff smiles and acts polite, there’s a real lack of accountability or genuine care for guests. Even watch out for your makeup ** The food was mediocre, with some nights offering no labels or signs explaining what was being served. I wouldn’t recommend eating dinner here—maybe try it once just to say you did, but you’re better off getting food from the rooftop bar or nearby restaurants. The only good thing about this place is the rooftop bar—it has a nice vibe and view. Aside from that, I wouldn’t stay here again. Plenty of better hotels nearby—don’t waste your time or money.
