MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi East

Heard a lot of positive comments about the Mimaru series. We finally decided to give a try during our Osaka trip last month. Location is great and safe (right across from police station). The room size is sufficient for us for the 4 of us. There are 4 twin beds so we all have our own space. Service is great. The staff are so friendly with a sense of humor!

I recently stayed at the Miramu Hotel and had an excellent experience. The spacious room easily accommodated our family of four, with bunk beds for the kids and separate twin beds for the adults. The kitchen and dining area were perfectly sized for enjoying family meals together. The totally separate shower and toilet area made sharing the room with everyone much easier and more comfortable. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing our stay. I highly recommend the Miramu Hotel and would happily return for another visit!

It's definitely not worth it for a bigger family, the walls inside the room is paper thin. I don't see any reason why this place has such high rating. There is 0 amenities. No pool. No in room coffee, no gym, not even an common area where you can bring the kids outside your room. Some room keys didn't work, they claimed its because we were placing it on the wrong part of the door, but somehow the other keys worked. This happened twice in a row... The only good thing is the location, but the other hotels in the area are half the price and have much better amenities. Staff were nice tho
