Mimaru Suites Tokyo Asakusa

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Great location. It was also really nice to have a washer/dryer in our room and kitchenette. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Tokyo.

Had two rooms for our group and it was an excellent experience starting with the very friendly/ helpful check-in process. The rooms were spotless and comfortable with well-functioning/c units. The in-room washer/ dryer was incredibly useful for the hot days. Walking distance to SensoJi, many restaurants and bars but far enough from all the tourist chaos was huge plus as well.

We had a wonderful stay in a great location in Asakusa, a vibrant and lively area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were truly exceptional; incredibly kind, helpful, and a real highlight of our stay. A couple of suggestions for management that we believe could enhance the experience: the roll curtains didn’t fully block out the sunlight, so we had to improvise a bit to darken the room, for the mornings. Additionally, there was a persistent odor in the toilet area that worsened when the fan automatically turned on. Hence the four stars, but otherwise 5 stars. Despite these minor issues, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay, and we would definitely recommend the brand, and location to others. Oh and I forgot, the view, amazing!!!
