I love location right next to sunshine city! They clean your room on request have a cool bingo game and great rooms. love the bunk bed - 9 year old reviewer Parent here. I wanted to add how superb and accommodating the staff was. Our dryer was delayed and they let us have a late check out as we waited for the extra dryers on floor 2. Amazing service. Wonderful location (not as crowded as Shibuya) to access Pokémon. The rooms were exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5- to 8-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. There are at least three convenience stores nearby, allowing us to easily purchase food and drinks. Special call out to the the staff at the front desk - they are friendly and helpful, and all speak excellent English. We booked a bunk bed room, which was surprisingly spacious and featured comfortable beds—quite unique for a hotel setting. In terms of facilities, it felt more like a serviced apartment, complete with a stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils, making it very suitable for families. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely consider returning in the future!

Helpful, friendly staff, great location to explore. We took part in the bingo challenge, and my daughter was thrilled with her prizes :) My only feedback would be the beds were quite uncomfortable and hard. For 2 people with slight lower back and neck concerns this was difficult after long days exploring. The layout of the rooms, with bunk beds and singles in one room or the children was great for our family of 5. However, the doors opening out into the small corridor felt a little claustrophobic at times. We had an incident where something happened to our bathroom whilst we were out having dinner, and the room smelt like sewage. We're not sure why this happened, however the reception desk were extremely apologetic and helpful, and offered us a new room, even though it was 9.30pm. Overall, a very enjoyable first stay in Tokyo and would recommend 🌟
