Absolutely delightful. We were pleasantly welcome by staff that spoke English well and when the reception saw we were tired and weary after the travel, she offered to let us into our room earlier. The reception was awesome, the best among all the hotels we stayed in Japan. The reception will go out of their way to help, assist and provide relevant information to make your stay pleasant. There's also plenty of food shops and convenient stores around the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Hotel Location close to town center make things like transportation, shopping, and restaurants easily accessible. Stove being available in the room allowed us to make simple breakfast and even blanch vegetables in the morning, which I think are terribly important for travellers.
Hotel room was great for our family of 5. They had a crib for our baby. Very convenient having a table and benches to eat at. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. Quick walk to the train station. Plenty of places to eat in the area. There is also a playground walking distance. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
