Rooms are excellent for families, they are large and comfortable. Hotel staff is amazing.they are the stars of the hotel. The only down side is the distance from the nearest underground. If you are a tourist that needs to walk this distance every morning and afternoon its not fun.
The rooms are well set out for a Tokyo hotel room. Aircon was excellent, bathroom clean and all the facilities worked very well. Could do with some draws. Overall excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean perfectly everyday. Perfect location to venture out from the local train station, and of course a 7eleven was about 100 meters away, very handy for snacks or a good meal any time of day.
Great space! Our room fit four people comfortably. The futons were cozy to sleep on. The soundproofing is great so it’s quiet inside. Service is really superb. The staff can understand and speak English, which was very helpful.
