Mimaru Tokyo Station East

Stayed at the family suite for a week and it is very enjoyable. It is not a luxury kind of hotel with a large TV or fancy washroom, but it has a modern Japanese family style home feeling that is very cozy and comfortable. Kids will definitely enjoy the bunk beds. Daily cleaning service is good and the other staff at the hotel are very helpful no matter you speak in Japanese, English or even Cantonese. One may argue the price is rather high comparing with other hotels in the area, but I would say the "home" feeling justified it all. Don't forget to try it Mimaru Namba Station at Osaka as well if chances allow. Their board game theme is even more addictive to kids.

My family stayed here in late July / early August. The location is good with convenient access to nearby subway (Keiyo line and Hibiya line). It was very easy to travel all over Tokyo. If you want to walk, you can reach Tokyo station in 15 - 20 minutes. The rooms were nice and cleaning is consistent and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful with anything that we needed such as luggage forwarding. There is laundry machines on the third floor. I liked that there are 5 washer and dryers. We never had to wait for a free machine. There is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor so it was always fun to pick up snacks before getting back to our room. I would stay here again on our next Tokyo visit.

A little pricey but worth it for the room available for a family of four. The staff are FANTASTIC. They will help you with any questions you may have and are very helpful with any need that arises. This place is also close to all rail lines, so it’s convenient for getting around Tokyo. The area itself is safe, and we were very comfortable walking around at night. With 7-11 on the ground floor, meals and snacking are very easy to come by.
