Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Hotel Sunrise! From the moment we arrived at Hotel Sunrise, everything exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient – check-in was fast and smooth, and they were always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team did an amazing job every single day – our room was spotless, fresh, and perfectly arranged throughout our stay. They paid attention to every detail, and we truly appreciated their hard work. The restaurant and kitchen staff deserve special recognition – the food was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. There was always something for everyone, and the service was attentive and friendly. The animation team brought so much energy and joy! They organized fantastic activities for both kids and adults – from morning games to evening shows, we were always entertained. Even the maintenance and technical staff were outstanding – everything in the hotel functioned perfectly, and any small requests were handled immediately. Overall, every department at Hotel Sunrise works in perfect harmony to create a truly memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team – we will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

It’s hard to find this level of quality and service at such reasonable rates. * **Great pools for kids** – There are six pools on the property, and they’re all well-maintained and suitable for children. Families will definitely enjoy the variety and safety. * **Good location** – The hotel is well-positioned, allowing access to key areas and attractions. It offers a balance between tranquility and accessibility. * **Friendly and helpful staff** – One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality. The staff is polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. * **Clean and modern rooms** – The accommodation itself was spotless, with a contemporary design and all necessary amenities. * **Free hotel shuttle to the beach** – The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach, which is a great convenience for guests. * **Decent all-inclusive meals** – While not gourmet, the food served in the all-inclusive package was varied and satisfying overall. **Cons:** * **Weak dessert selection** – Unfortunately, the desserts in the all-inclusive package were quite disappointing.
