The hotel has potential, but a few things could be improved. Despite being all-inclusive, breakfast often runs out of basics like milk or spoons. There’s only one bar for drinks, located closer to the beach than to the hotel itself, which makes it a bit inconvenient. The staff seem to be trying, but many look like they’re working without much motivation – not exactly the vibe you’d expect on holiday. Pools are fine, but the ping pong table is placed in a very windy spot and only available from 9 AM to 7 PM. It’s not near the sea, but the wind there makes it hard to play – and it could easily be moved. Just some honest feedback 👌
We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and paid €2800, but the quality was far below what the price would suggest. We were four families who booked our stay six months in advance, yet we were all placed in different parts of the resort. We had reserved "comfort" rooms, but were given "standard" ones, where even taking a shower was a challenge — the water temperature constantly switched between ice cold and scalding hot. The website claims the hotel is on the first line from the beach, but in reality, it’s about 1 km away. We were placed on a street with private houses, where it was impossible to sleep due to loud music and shouting that continued until 6 in the morning. There was no internet connection in the room, and even mobile signal was barely available. The restaurant served the same food every day. It was impossible to get a proper egg in the morning — they were always rubbery and unappetizing. We had booked full board, but almost everything on the premises had an extra charge, even drinking water. From 12:30 to 19:30 there was no food available for children, so we had to figure out how to feed them ourselves. The staff was completely disorganized. We were sent to park in a lot, only to wake up and find a handwritten note on our car saying it was a private parking spot. None of our complaints received any response. The beach was dirty, with old umbrellas and sunbeds. The pool was also unclean. This hotel completely ruined our impression of Sardinia
Definitely Not 4 Stars – Very Disappointing! I really don’t understand how this place has so many positive reviews – they feel completely fake because the reality is totally different! Mimose Beach Village doesn’t deserve 4 stars at all. Reception & Check-in: The staff at reception is unfriendly and unhelpful. Check-in is ridiculously late (after 17:00!) while check-out is at 10:00 sharp, so you lose almost a full day. Beach & Location: The beach is NOT near the hotel as they claim. Plus, it’s nothing like the pictures – the sea is dirty and definitely not crystal clear. Drinks at the beach bar are NOT included and are very expensive. Food & Drinks: Calling this “All Inclusive” is a joke – it’s just full board. Drinks are limited to some cheap soft drinks and horrible wine. At the restaurant, expect to wait at least 15 minutes in line just to get food. The selection is poor, not varied at all, and the staff serving food is just as unfriendly as the reception. Facilities: There is almost no mobile signal in the area, and no Wi-Fi in the rooms – only at reception, which is ridiculous nowadays! The kids’ play area is made of plastic that gets extremely hot in the sun – absolutely not safe for children. Rooms & Bathroom: The bathroom design is the worst I’ve ever seen. The bidet is placed directly in front of the toilet, so you can’t even sit properly because your feet have no space. Who thought this was a good idea? 😳 Overall, this place is completely overpriced for what it offers. Don’t be fooled by the fake 5-star reviews – this is NOT a 4-star resort.
