⸻ My first time in Hanoi – a lovely experience! This was my first time visiting Hanoi. I came back to Vietnam to visit my hometown and decided to stop by Hanoi and stay at a hotel here. The front desk staff were truly polite and welcoming. The room was clean and well-kept. Although the hotel is a bit small, the attention to detail in both the service and the way the hotel is maintained made me feel that the team here is very professional. Special thanks to Sarah and Keisha for their kind and thoughtful support.
I booked a room here for a week. I was impressed with the clean room and the staff who were extremely helpful. The breakfast was a highlight because it was delicious. The hotel staff sent me a message every day when I left the hotel. I am truly satisfied with my experience here. Keisha, Sarah are the bestttt in town
