Minasi Premium Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Minasi Premium Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kelly at the reception. She is truly awesome – very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She welcomed us with tea and refreshing towels. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made our stay so convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a big shower that we really enjoyed. Breakfast every morning was fantastic – delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. Overall, we highly recommend Minasi Premium Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great service, amazing location, and excellent comfort. Thank you to Kelly and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

-Good room, was kept cool with AC. Love the water bottles and the free slippers. Bath tub in our room was slightly damaged though -Good service, love the tea. Love that someone was prepared to assist with the singular elevator. However, there was a fridge in the restaurant’s guest area that had no sign saying that I had to pay for the water. That fridge should either have a sign or be put in the kitchen. -Good location, amenities across the street and close to landmarks when walking and/or driving. Could have a better view but that’s fine. This review is also to applaud Joyce

The room is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Kelly staff is enthusiastic, friendly, helping us find restaurants and sightseeing areas. The breakfast buffet is very rich, diverse in food, including vegetarian food. It is a place worth experiencing. If I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, I will definitely bring my family to experience more.
