Mind Resort Pattaya

The Mind Resort is an excellent choice mainly because of its location—most major attractions in Pattaya are within a 5 to 10 km radius. The service was genuinely good, and the staff were friendly and tourist-oriented. Though the building and rooms are a bit old, they are well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, which adds to the comfort. The only minor downside is the slow lifts, likely due to the age of the building, but nothing that affected our stay. Food was decent and satisfying. Both breakfast and lunch were worthy, especially their effort to cater to Indian cuisine. They’ve done a commendable job bringing Indian flavors to Thailand—almost spot-on! However, the non-veg options are limited, with a stronger focus on Indian vegetarian dishes, which is a rare find in Thailand. If you want to try authentic Thai food, there's a food street nearby offering plenty of local flavors. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Pattaya with good service, decent food, and a convenient location.

We shared this hotel two weeks back and I must put it on record that it was the worst out of the balance two hotels that we stayed at Phuket and Bangkok. It looked as if the rooms have not been occupied for very long due to the bad odour which was prevalent in the room. No where near the three or four star hotels. AC function was not proper even the house keeping staff did not have any options to give. Bath towels were so horrible, do not know how many of them must have used it as it has lost its colour and texture and I could not even wrap it round my waist as it was so small. No napkins were provided, teapot was dirty and did not feel like boiling water for drinking. Best was while vacating the room saw a old and dabba hair dryer with a tag if damaged 1000 bath will be charged. Indian food should have been exceptional but it was disappointing and no good hotels in the area where we could venture to eat.None of the Hotels insisted on keeping our Passports but this hotel did without charging any deposit and made us wait for an hour during discharge as they had issues with the local agent who had booked the this hotel for us, in other words clear black mailing policy, we have your Passport now go to hell but we were not threatened and got our agent in the picture to clear us out of the message so that we could leave the hotel at the earliest. This hotel is located in a low cost residential colony and I would sincerely not advise any one basis the pictures of the hotel posted on their website, until and unless you are looking at a very low budget hotel. ONE STAR ⭐ is okay.

Worst 4 star Hotel. Staff is slow and will keep you waiting for 2hrs for any room change. Rooms are average which needs maintenance. Food is -1 star. Below Average food with limited menu- 4-5 food items only. Coffee was like water , noodles were like packed food noodles without seasoning. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. This Hotel is worth 1 star.
