Minera Hot Springs Binh Chau

Had a good experience at this resort. Bought a reasonably priced ticket which came with crocodile feeding and walking around the area. Bought another set of tickets for mud baths which was really go. Cool egg cooking springs but not worth it for the price of the eggs, but it is a secluded resort after all. Nice staff, just don’t come on a rainy day as you can get stuck for a while, especially during rain season.

I don't stay in the accommodation. Visited the spa it was really nice experience. Many different saunas, pools and attractions. Make sure if you are visiting that spa you have All day to relax there. And eat before you do it.

If you even think about visiting this place, you might as well be looking at a place of horribleness. Yes, that’s right, don’t even think about it. Me and my family of five, were hoping to enjoy this ‘great’ place, but that turned into a big, fat disaster and turned our trip to a short lasting one. Now I am going to tell you why this place is absolutely bad! Okay, so it all started when we finally got out of the airport and took a long dreaded 2 hour drive to this resort. We arrived there about at 1:30am. The people at the front desk didn’t even ask how we were and were so unwelcoming. The lobby was so dark and the lights were so dim, it was basically like there were no lights on! So after checking in we got put on a buggy with our baggage and they drove us to our room. Then, they just left us to bring the bags in ourselves! This is supposed to be a nice resort and they can’t even bring these simple doing qualities. Then, it came the DREADED room! The bathroom was so stinky, I wouldn’t even be able to tell you how bad it smelt! The walls were dirty, the floor was yuck, there were hair on the pillows at first arrival and a bandage stuck to a blanket, but we were SO exhausted, so we thought to just deal with it in the morning. Then came the morning buffet. I don’t even know if I can even call it a buffet because the food had barely any varieties, and the quality of the food was so bad. When at the buffet, my dad asked for a Cappuccino, but then they DEMANDED money for it, whereas other places give it for a complimentary. After that experience, at 8:30 in the morning, we packed our bags and headed straight away to the check out. My mum explained that even though we had 2 more nights to go, we were deciding to leave early. They didn’t even bother to discuss about our inquiry and also didn’t apologies.This is Literally the WORST place ever and we HIGHLY do NOT recommend it! It was only the first night, yet it was a literal suffrage! If you come here, (which I hope you do not) you will REGRET it, 100%! Our family would definitely and would totally give this place 0 stars but it doesn’t let us put that in so that is why we put in 1 star! Minera hot springs is a brutal nightmare. We have pictures for proof! #this place is terribly disgusting!
