Quite late check in and the reception could be better in instructing about the ticket/pass to the swimming pool/sauna complex
Super hotel, elegant rooms, could add tea and coffee facilities in the room. The best thing however is the swimming pools jacuzzi and Spa, you can just put a bathrobe on and walk downstairs 😀 Good breakfast with lots of varieties. Eating a la carte in the restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, quite tasty but ...in my opinion not quite up to standard. Overall I do recommend coming you can really rest and rejuvenate.
I have mixed feelings. On one side it’s an amazing hotel. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Attached pool / sauna complex provides many activities. Served food is plentiful and very tasty. But there are little details that are expected in a 4* hotel that are missing. Examples: - lack of shampoo / conditioner products in rooms. - two towels per person - one large and one small. - tiny beds that are quite uncomfortable
