Minerals Hotel

Hello everyone, We had the pleasure of staying in this amazing resort. We had such an amazing time. The facility was so clean. The rooms were so clean. The staff was so friendly. I've been reading a lot of negative reviews, but when I saw with my own eyes, a lot of things have changed the facilities more cleaner. The rooms are so cozy and the amenities are superb. I had the pleasure to meeting one of the supervisors Chaima which was very professional, so sweet and detailed oriented about everything, including outside pool inside pool and rooms. We are definitely coming back here and bringing all my nephews because they will have a blast.

We stayed as a family at this resort. My kids are 9, 5 and 2 years old. Very family friendly and my kiddos had a blast with all the activities and swimming. We only stayed one day however we did notice that when we got to the room that it seemed that someone been there. There was a towel on the floor and hair on the walls of the shower. Another thing to note is that Minerals hotel is apart of crystal springs just a drive away, we got to crystal springs thinking our reservation was there but it was at minerals so we drove over to minerals. It is pricey too. Despite that, we enjoyed and I would definitely come back again!

I have been a loyal member of this resort since December and hold a fully paid year-long membership. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing in several key areas. To begin with, the service at the bar is unacceptable. Bartenders routinely pick and choose whom they wish to serve, which results in excessive wait times even for a single drink. This kind of selective treatment is frustrating and unprofessional. While the main outdoor pool is generally clean and enjoyable, the heated pool outdoor pool is consistently cloudy and appears poorly maintained. It’s uninviting and raises concerns about hygiene and upkeep. Most frustrating is the state of the locker rooms. After a workout or time at the pool, I expect to use a clean, well-maintained space to change and shower. Instead, I find myself returning each week to a locker room that is consistently dirty and neglected. This level of neglect is simply not acceptable for a facility especially one that charges for memberships. As a paying member who visits regularly, I expect better. I sincerely hope these concerns will be addressed promptly, as the current conditions are diminishing the value of my membership and overall experience at your resort.
