Minerva Church Hotel

From the start of our stay to the finish this hotel was exceptional. During our stay we noted the clean, refreshing rooms, the always-helpful and attentive staff, the well-cooked breakfast, and the staff from the cleaners to the reception who were exceptional and helpful in every possible way. Our only regret was that this hotel was so exceptional we decided to stay in Hanoi longer, but as rooms were fully booked we could not stay in this hotel. Me and my partner have visited Hanoi several times and stayed in a few hotels. However none of those hotels have approached the quality that this hotel, particularly it's staff, delivered. If you are looking for a hotel in a superb location, with friendly and attentive staff, for a fantastic price this is the choice for you. We will be back here in the future. Thank you to all staff for making our time in Hanoi fantastic and for going above and beyond to assist us.

This hotel was perfect for my stay in Hanoi as a solo traveller. The area is perfect, right near the Old Quarter but on a more calm street and facing the beautiful cathedral. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and you could also order hot food a la carte which was delicious. I used the spa and it was one of the best massages I had in Vietnam, you can be sure you won’t get scammed like with other dodgy establishments on the street. Bonus is you can also get 20% discount as a hotel guest. The best part of the hotel was the staff, they were so kind and so sweet. I got sick on my last day and they delivered food and medicine to my room and checked in on me. I had to cancel one of my tours because I got sick and they helped me get a refund too which I didn’t expect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, 5* for customer service!

I was blessed by my lucky star to find his lovely gem in the heart of Hanoi old city center, and made my stay in Hanoi just perfect. The location, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, everything was good. Breakfast was good and various, and location was just perfect. Room was bright, clean, fresh, and big enough. I had a nice sleep. Price is well worth the hotel quality, the location, the abundant breakfast. A special mention to the Staff who was really kind, helpful and added a very good touch to the overall experience. I felt like at home, really.
