Minerva Premium Hotel

Strongly recommended! This is a perfect choice for my family of six. It has great location with quieter surroundings. It just takes you 3 minutes to walk to the lake and the old town. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast is enjoyable with a variety of food and drinks to choose from. Most of all, the staff always show their smiles and hospitality, which made me feel like home. All my family love them! If I come back to Ha Noi, Minerva Premium Hotel will be the only choice.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome — complete with a refreshing welcome drink and fresh fruit. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and throughout my stay, every hotel team member I encountered was thoughtful and genuinely attentive, often greeting me and offering help without being asked. The rooftop bar is a lovely touch — great atmosphere, and while the food and drinks were good, they were definitely enjoyable and added to the experience. We also visited Min Spa, which was clean, relaxing, and provided plenty of privacy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great service, kind staff, and thoughtful touches throughout. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

The reviews are true! We were happy with our stay at Minerva Premium Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with a decent variety. Special mention to Kate, who was especially friendly and helpful—she made our experience even better! The rooftop bar and view are amazing, definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is also convenient, with two branches of MET Restaurant nearby, which we enjoyed. One thing to note: the AC takes a bit of time to cool the room, but it eventually gets there. Also, the hotel doors are locked at midnight, which felt a bit unusual, but the staff are available and will still let you in or out without any problem. Overall, great value for the price, with helpful staff and a nice atmosphere. Would recommend!
