I did not have the opportunity to fully enjoy all hotel facilities (nor breakfast), but the design is super and the rooms are brand new and well equipped. The hotel staff upon check-in and check-out was really bad at English, but this is not uncommon anywhere in China. Besides this: great value for money!

Location: The hotel is located in a prime location, in the core of Xinjiekou business district. Except for Ritz-Carlton, there are few high-end international hotels around, and the high scarcity location advantage is obvious; Facilities: The hotel fully develops the advantages of apartment-type, and the guest rooms are equipped with electric curtains, high-end kitchen appliances, washing and drying machines, hand-held hanging irons, smart toilets, high-speed hair dryers, smart makeup mirrors, Bluetooth speakers...all kinds of convenient facilities, providing a home-like convenience experience; what is particularly valuable is that traditional hotel services such as guest laundry are not absent for any reason, which truly gives guests more choices; Service: The hotel team is kind and considerate, and the service is meticulous and proactive. From arrival to departure, the concierge, front desk, and catering departments are online throughout the whole process, and their work is remarkable. Many members of the team still remember my last stay, which makes me feel very cordial when I come back this time. Thank you for your hospitality all the time~ Food: Food is a highlight. The semi-buffet breakfast at M Bistro is outstanding. The black truffle scrambled egg open sandwich and waffles are a must-try. The main meal and snacks are also very good. The garlic and spicy shrimp in the pub left a deep impression on me both times. The executive courtesy of free drinks for a long time is conscientious. The sweet "Gui Po", the refreshing "Yi Mi", and the elegant "Ming Cha" are all unique. The seasonal special "Jinling Meiyun" at the 3rd floor bar is even more outstanding! In summary, the hotel has almost no shortcomings in the 2 accommodation experiences, plus the good price-performance ratio, it can be called the "polygon warrior" of Nanjing accommodation!
