1、入住登記的時候就預感到此行的感受不會十分愉快，前台在我出示身份證后並且知道我是一白金卡的身份預定登記入住的，還在處理之前的個人入住問題，根本就沒有優先、單獨登記入住的體驗，也沒有座位白金卡會籍的優勢； 2、申請昇級房間，被前台很不友善的告知只能昇一級，等到了房間一看，幾乎與預定的房間無變化，再次要求昇級或調換，結果再次被欺...
