Our visit to Ministers kourt Restaurant was truly disappointing. The customer service was terrible, right from the start. Staff were rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the lady manager had no etiquette at all. Her tone was arrogant and disrespectful, with zero courtesy. We ordered Cauliflower 65, but what we got was something else entirely. It looked and tasted nothing like Cauliflower 65 – just a misleading name. There was no flavor, no proper preparation, just a random dish. When we questioned it, she didn’t care to explain or apologize. Then we ordered fried rice, but they brought meals instead. How can such basic orders be messed up so badly? This shows a complete lack of coordination and training. There was no sense of customer care from anyone on the team. The manager didn’t even try to resolve the issue, just ignored it. We left feeling frustrated, unheard, and disappointed. For a restaurant with a good name, the experience was the exact opposite. This place needs a serious change in management and attitude. Don’t be fooled by the name or the hype. We will never visit again. And we definitely don’t recommend it to anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience. We visited this restaurant last week and faced one of the worst services ever. After placing our food order, we had to wait endlessly. Only part of the order was delivered after a long delay, and the rest just never came on time. When we asked to cancel the remaining items, they refused, saying cancellation isn’t allowed once the order is placed. What made it worse was the rude and arrogant attitude of the staff, especially the lady who claimed to be the manager and floor in-charge. She was completely unprofessional, spoke very harshly, and clearly lacked basic manners and customer service skills. There was no food menu displayed, no photos of dishes, and the food that did come had absolutely no taste. It felt like a total waste of money. Very poor service, terrible communication, and tasteless food. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

We were initially planning to dine at Udipi Hotel, but were misled by the security guard who redirected us to this restaurant under the impression that it was Udipi. The actual name of the place wasn't even visible clearly, and it was only after we received the bill that we realized we were at a completely different establishment. From start to finish, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our food order was delayed significantly, and even then, not everything was served at once. When we requested to cancel the remaining items due to the long wait, we were told cancellations weren't allowed — a policy that was never communicated beforehand. The attitude of the staff made the situation even worse. The woman claiming to be the manager and in charge of the floor was shockingly rude and lacked the basic courtesy expected in the service industry. Her tone was harsh and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation feel worse. The food itself was bland and completely lacked flavor. There was no proper menu on display, no photos of dishes, and nothing to help guests make informed choices. It felt like we were overcharged for a meal that was nowhere near worth the cost. To top it all off, even the toilet facilities were in poor condition, adding to the unpleasantness of the visit. Overall, this was one of the most unsatisfactory dining experiences we've had. We do not recommend this place at all — it's not worth your time, money, or effort.
