Minoa Palace Resort

We’re currently here at Minoa Palace Resort for our 10-year anniversary, and it has truly been an unforgettable experience. This trip was extra special for us as we left our four kids at home with grandma, determined to have a magical time together – and wow, did this place deliver! From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond. We were greeted with chilled champagne and a delicious chocolate cake in our room – such a thoughtful touch! The entire team has been so friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly pampered and welcomed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. Everything is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The spa experience is an absolute must – total relaxation and indulgence. We’ve been able to unwind and reconnect in ways we didn’t even realize we needed. We still have two days left and are already wishing we could extend our stay! And even though this has been such a special adults-only retreat for us, we’re already planning our next visit with the kids. The resort is very kid-friendly, and we can’t wait to share this magical place with them. We’re already looking into dates for next year. It's a nice and calm hotel, and it's easy to move around with a stroller. However, if you have a baby, the pools are tricky as they open late (10.00) and close early (18.00). However, the reception will help you and your baby enjoy the pool outside the UV index peak hours. If you come through a travel agency, preferably talk directly to the hotel, and you will find the help you need. Just feedback for improvement: It would be great to have the indoor pool as an option for families with babies. It would be like a happy hour for babies, when babies are allowed, and when the UV index is at its peak. Otherwise, I would give five stars to the service. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cannot beat the location and the service: Bridge that connects you to the beach which is beautiful. 2 big pools, amazing breakfast with many options. Housekeeping was exceptional and guest services gave great food recommendations that weren’t touristy. One complaint is that the front desk did not communicate well with each other since we had two rooms and kept mixing them up and which had a late checkout.
