The level of service in this hotel is just exceptional! I visited many hotels, but that was the very first one where every single person who works there was so nice, friendly and hard working. I'm back home now and thinking about the guy arguing at the reception in the morning and the receptionist who was more than polite, kind and patient to him! I just want to say - I really admired her! You guys are amazing! Hugs to all of you in the restaurant, reception, housekeeping, spa, from me and Antonina! We will come back! Kisses!

It's a very kids friendly hotel. The pools are great, a very short walk to the beach, good games and activities around the pool for both kids and adults. The entertainment crew was great. The rooms were cleaned daily and the housekeepers did a great job cleaning around all our stuff (we had a lot of toys etc in the room). The breakfast was great with a big selection. The only negative was the older gentleman who was working the tables around the pool at breakfast. He was really rude to my mother, he was not nice to the younger staff and he made us all stressed trying (or make the younger staff try) to take our plates before we had finished eating. It was a very stressful environment. The rest of the staff was wonderful!

I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel—more like a solid 3-star on a good day. The reception staff were kind and helpful, which we appreciated. Some of the waiters were nice too, but others made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which really threw off the vibe. The breakfast buffet was decent, nothing special. The dinner buffet, though, was pretty underwhelming. That said, we loved the fruit selection—easily the highlight of the meals. Still, overall, it didn’t feel worth the money. The hotel is clearly geared toward families. If you’re traveling with kids and enjoy magic shows, kitschy belly dancing, and a DJ playing ABBA and Pitbull on Fridays—this might be your thing. But as a couple, we wouldn’t recommend it. All in all, we didn’t have a bad experience—just not the one we expected. The 4-star rating set our hopes too high, and most things fell short. For the price, you can definitely find better nearby.
