⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible stay at Minos Imperial! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The resort is beautifully maintained, with numerous swimming pools scattered throughout the property—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim with a view. One of the highlights was the fantastic variety of restaurants on-site. We especially loved the Italian and Cretan options—each meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients and impeccable service. Our room had a stunning view, and despite the size of the resort, it was remarkably peaceful and quiet—a perfect place to unwind. The attention to detail and level of comfort really made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, serene getaway with plenty of dining and relaxation options!
Breathtaking sunset and great overall experience 🌅 Minos Luxury offers one of the most stunning sunsets we've ever seen in Crete– absolutely unforgettable. The private beach is a major bonus, adding real value to the stay and making it feel truly exclusive. Our room was excellent, with a private jacuzzi that made the experience even more relaxing and special. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the restaurant: the food quality and variety don’t fully match the standards of a 5-star property. But overall, a great stay and a place we’d love to return to. Perfect for a relaxing and romantic escape.
Disappointing Stay! Poor Service and Accessibility Issues! Our experience at this resort has been very disappointing. Despite being an all-inclusive, there are long stretches during the day with no food available: nothing before 12:30 pm or between meals which is unacceptable, especially with young children. The food that was available was unfortunately low in quality. There’s also a serious lack of accessibility for strollers across the property, making it exhausting to get around with a toddler. The shuttle isn’t a reliable solution and often not available when needed. The restaurant booking system is confusing and restrictive. When we tried to reserve through a representative, she wasn’t available. We were even turned away from a restaurant because we didn’t have a reservation unless we were willing to pay extra, which defeats the point of an all-inclusive. Worst of all, most staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. We came here to relax but instead left frustrated and disappointed.
