I was here for a week on holiday. It was my first time in Greece and it was beautiful! The food and drinks were delicious! The service over all was great. I want to thank all the staff and employees for their hard work and kindness. Especially the bartenders from the pool bar. God bless you all! 🙏🏼 ~ Rafael Frolov
Good place to spend an annual leave, but I expected little more for that price, compared to other Greek hotels in the past. The room was situated in the basement, with a not sunny terrace below ground level. The room was nice, quite fresh , with good working conditioning. Cleaned every day, with fresh bottled water also everyday. Excellent surprise on my wife's birthday: we found a card, gift and birthday cake in the room! That was really impressive. The food was good and tasty. No problem with the place in the restaurant. The advantage was a big beach with a big number of sunbeds, no problem to get one. I'd prefer a more varied beach with rocks etc than this one. We also used a pool, quite big, and a pool bar with standard all inclusive menu. Also a big advantage is the location, close to Rethymno. We could use a city bus to get to the centre in about 20 min I can truly recommend the hotel, with one remark, that price could be a little lower.
The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.
