We enjoyed our stay very much! The highlight was definitely the restaurant- absolutely amazing food! The sauces were incredibly delicious. The service was great as well. The view from the balcony in our room was beautiful! Newly updated shower was very much appreciated after a day of hiking the TMB. Would highly recommended staying here- we very much enjoyed the charm!
A great mix of Old World charm and modern convenience -- immaculate rooms, crisp linens -- all at a good value. A fabulous view over the lake and surrounding mountains, and I spotted a lightning show out over the peaks one night. Fifth-generation management was welcoming and friendly, while the attached restaurant served up a delicious dinner as well as a comprehensive breakfast with everything you'd want before a day out exploring. The kind of hotel you want to thrive.
Clean, modern rooms. Has a sauna which was great after a long day of hiking.
