Lovely comfortable well appointed units with 24 hour desk and secured doors. Lovely ambiance and two restaurants on site. We got the 2 bedroom and it was so spacious - great for a long stay or to have guests over. It’s a bit busy location so on lower floors you can hear street noise but it didn’t bother us. I hear this area is at further north you want to be About 20 min walk to center city. Downside no parking for hotel or gym. Will definitely stay here again
The air quality in the room wasn't good. They're is air in the building but not the rooms. Way too hot for just one fan. The room needed to be cleaned. The refrigerator wasn't cold. The freezer was dirty. Very dusty ,no toilet tissue. The jacuzzi was nice but dirty. Needs be updated besides that not a bad experience
It was fine. I liked that the rooms were apartment style, though they were minimally furnished. The main dislike is that they put a $200 hold on your card that has yet to come off my account after almost a week after checking out. They also say that quiet time is at 10pm but there was apparently a party going on at the end of our hall until around 2am and nothing was done to address it.
