MIO Cancún Hotel Boutique

Amazing hotel!! Very big room, friendly staff members. Breakfast included in the price!! I was staying in the hotel for 16 hours because I had a connecting flight to Barcelona in the evening! The staff provide to me an early check in around 10am!! ( I arrived in Cancun at 7:30am that morning). I was able to shower, get some rest and then go explore the city!! The receptionist also provide me so indications on how to move around the city with the R1 and R2 buses. Thank you so much for having me!! I will definitely come back when I visit Cancun again with my wife.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were simple and clean with private courtyard and hammock and big TV. The shower was a bit mad and sprayed water everywhere, but worked fine. Breakfast was toast and fruits. The location is about 15/20 minutes walk from the ADO bus station, about 10 minutes walk from lots of places to eat and maybe 30 minutes via bus and walking to the public beaches. The area felt safe to walk in and there was always staff there. Good value for the area and a short comfortable stay.

I enjoyed my stay the first night. After being in tulum, I book another 3 nights with them! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I believe it only has 8 to 10 rooms, roof patio, and about 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel. There are mosquitoes so have your repellent! The a.c. is on point and with the fan running, it chills the room very quickly. It is a small place, it's not a resort, if you're fine with the basic then you be right at home, I like that they have a community kitchen, and the rooms are large and the shower area too, the water pressure varies from room to room but gets the job done 😆
