Awesome staff, best location in town for getting around. At the bus station, across the road from the train station, a couple blocks, 10 minute walk from the port and ferries. If you need to easily get on and out of Algeciras, this is your spot. Staff are completely organized and provide you with all the information you could require, and they are so pleasant and welcoming. Can't beat the pleasant/convenient combo here

I didn't even stay here, I was just passing through waiting for a bus. I desperately needed wifi in order to book bus and train tickets while I waiting for 3 hours. I was greeted by the nicest lady that worked at the front desk and she gave me the wifi and offered if I wanted to sit and stay for breakfast. All the while there's people running around everywhere because of a movie being filmed here. Extremely nice and welcoming staff.

⚠️❌AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! worst hotel I’ve ever been to! If I could have rated a 0/5 I would definitely have ! I’ve had better service in an F1 motel. Politeness : 0 Service : 0 Competence : 0 Quality : average at best (not good for a 4 star hotel). Have had better in a 2 star hotel. The parking ? A complete joke. They make you wait 20 minutes when they only need to push a button and when you finally access the first gate, it says the parking is full at the second gate, when there’s clearly enough room, and it blocked our car because it scanned it twice !! The parking employee came and told us in a nonchalant way to basically get lost and find another parking. What is this ? Treating clients like animals. You should fire the parking employee ASAP. We told him the situation but he didn’t care. Said it was 2 am. So what ? We’ve all done nightshifts, but you’re still supposed to work and find a solution. No. He did not care and didn’t want to bother. So we left and found another parking that was NOT SAFE at all and paid full additional price. Anyways, worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. If you don’t like being treated like dirt and want a smooth trip, book another hotel. But not this one. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
