Perfect for a layover as DMK is 10 minutes away. Overall a pleasant stay and service was good; however, the housekeeping can be improved. Checked in to find the room not thoroughly cleaned and a pair of room slippers were damp (with god knows what).
I spent five nights here with my wife and child. Overall, it was fine for what we needed—a quiet and budget-friendly stay. The hotel feels a bit like a mixed bag. The biggest downside was the AC in the room, which was hard to adjust and often too cold, especially for my wife. Additionally, the recent earthquake in Bangkok left visible cracks on the walls, so the property wasn't in the best condition. This is definitely not a four-star hotel. That said, we really enjoyed the buffet deal at the hotel’s restaurant—it was excellent value for the price. The service was also good, which made our stay more pleasant. If you're looking for affordability and decent dining, it's worth considering.
I chose this hotel because it has easy access to the airport and good gym equipment. However, the service is awful!!! From check-in, the lady was very unwelcoming and didn’t explain any of the facilities or even provide the hotel Wi-Fi details. The bellboy didn’t even help with the luggage. We checked in early, so of course, we couldn’t go to the room yet. We just dropped our luggage and returned at 6 pm. When we came back, I thought they had sent our luggage to the room, but it was still in the lobby, and we had to bring it ourselves! When we checked out, we passed by several staff members, and you know what? None of them greeted us—no "good morning," nothing. The bellboy was chatting with the front desk staff and saw us, but they just left!!! They didn’t offer any help. I don’t see any hospitality at this hotel. How did you train your staff?
