A high class hospitality and care attitude received from Mr.Bader Alamodi, in a distress time. Clean and good space room. Fully furnish kitchen. Can’t thank you enough. This hotel is a good decision.

Looks can be deceiving. The space seems modern and clean, but the experience was a mess. No hot water, no towels, and the room phone didn’t even connect to reception — I had to physically go down. Maintenance came but didn’t fix anything, just pointed out that cold water works. When checking out, they rushed me as if they hadn’t completely failed to provide basics. To top it off, the door jammed and had to be opened from the window — which, by the way, was massive and fully unlocked the whole time. Unsafe and unprofessional. Definitely not the “luxury” it appears to be.

Terrible experience at kyona AC in living room was broken, no Wi-Fi, no towels, no staff, and the furniture was falling apart. Check-in was delayed, and the receptionist was clueless. Never coming back — not worth a single riyal.
