I didn't stay there, however it was one of the hotels I was planning to stay in. The hotel is located in a very active area and not far from the places most tourist would go to. You would easily catch a taxi any time you want. A supermarket (bravo) is located below the hotel. Based on friends who stayed there hotel is clean and food was amazing. I would rate it with 4 stars and for sure I'll stay there in my next visit to Ramallah.
This hotel is in a quiet yet convenient location. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious on the days that I was there.
I was on a business trip and had to spend the night at this hotel, we were assigned a deluxe room which lack so many basic services like bathroom slippers, AC coverage. Not to menthion that one of the two beds was malfunctioned and almost toucing the ground!! The only good thing about this hotel was the delecious food.
