Mirage Bab Al Bahr Beach Hotel garners appreciation for its inviting atmosphere and exceptional service, with many guests commending the friendly and attentive staff. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, with travelers consistently noting the pristine rooms and well-maintained beach. While the amenities, including the variety of food and entertainment options, are generally well-received,housekeeping staff everyday room cleaning. very nice swimming pool.

My stay at Mirage Bab Al Bahr was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. I was traveling with my father, who is wheelchair-bound, and the hotel was not accommodating at all. At check-in, they showed us an accessible room but failed to mention there would be an extra charge unless we saw it first. After viewing the room, they informed us of the added cost. When we declined, they offered a room with stairs — completely inappropriate for a wheelchair user. Only after a long and frustrating process did they finally provide the room we had initially requested. Things didn’t get better during the stay. I had visitors come to see me, and despite offering to leave their IDs at reception, the hotel refused to allow them to enter. This lack of flexibility and hospitality was extremely disappointing. The problems continued when we asked for extra towels and were told that hotel policy allows only two towels per day — a policy that seems unreasonable for any decent hotel. To make things worse, the air conditioning in room 131 was not functioning properly. I raised the issue multiple times, but no action was taken. The AC kept turning off throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep in the summer heat. Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations of guest comfort, accessibility, or service. I do not recommend Mirage Bab Al Bahr, especially for anyone traveling with elderly or disabled family members.
