Mirage Hotel

Location at mid of city with lots of traffic around. Rooms are very good perfect for at this price point. Service is as well great. Food is also great but food can be pricey which is common for this kind of hotels.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Location of the hotel is great. Very close to t2 and 10 - 20 mins away from t1. Grand reception where fresh water with cucumber and cookies are available for guests. The check in took us sometime. This could have been better in receiving guests. They don't smile and they directly ask for id. One 2nd day, they wanted to change room. But no communication even when I surrender my key. 10 mins after I go out, they called and said they want to change my room. They even asked how far am I from the hotel. This is a bit too much. Finally they retain the same room for 2nd night. Breakfast was good with a decent spread. Pastries of French croissant and pain au chocolate were available. Gym was basic with equipment and dumbbell upto 20 kg. For me, DB is enough for my workouts, so I liked the gym. Overall we had good time except that one event.

Very disappointing experience – not recommended during this time! We are currently staying at the hotel and unfortunately our stay has been greatly disrupted by constant construction noise from morning until night. Despite repeatedly asking the staff to address the issue, the noise has not stopped. This is supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but instead it has been very stressful and unpleasant. The hotel has not provided a proper solution and refuses to offer appropriate compensation. I strongly advise against staying here during this period.
