Mirage Park Resort Ultra All Incl.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mirage Park Resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the stunning surroundings to the luxurious amenities, everything was simply perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa, where I had an unforgettable experience thanks to the exceptional leadership of Kerem, the spa manager. Kerem was incredibly professional, attentive, and truly made my spa experience stand out. Their knowledge of the treatments and dedication to providing an outstanding service made me feel completely relaxed and pampered. I truly appreciated Kerem’s personal touch and how they ensured that everything was tailored to my preferences. The resort itself is a beautiful oasis, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mirage Park Resort to anyone looking for a serene getaway with top-notch service and unforgettable spa treatments. The hotel has a good location, a beautiful view, and a well-kept green space. The interior of the hotel needs repairs—walls are full of scratches, there are water-damaged areas, and tiles are falling off. Huge queues, only 2 bars in the beach area, each with just one person serving. Regrettably, the staff is overworked, and it shows. Fresh juices cost from €3, and most drinks are for a fee. From the picture of the main bar (Starbucks), only the bottom shelf is free. The rest is for an extra charge. All these things lead me to say that THIS HOTEL IS NOT UAL (Ultra All Inclusive), at most it's just All Inclusive. What’s surprising is how it has such a high rating, even though many people are dissatisfied with the quality of services.

The management is extremely rude, biased, and discriminatory. They only listen to and believe Russian guests and even accept bribes to fulfill their wishes. Other nationalities are completely ignored. They delete camera footage that shows the truth and falsely accuse others. Russian guests attacked us and then filed a complaint themselves, yet the hotel didn’t even try to investigate — they simply said, “There are more Russians here, so we have to believe them.” You are still misleading people, even though you know very well what happened. You have the camera footage, and your security staff was present, but your only response was that you received a complaint, and you never considered hearing the other side. One of your managers even told us directly: "I won’t listen to you, I don’t care — there are more of them, and we believe them." You didn’t speak to us, not on the first day and not on the second. Just as you weren’t interested in the condition of my family, including three young children, or the fact that they were being woken up by drilling noise from 8 in the morning. The amount of stress you caused us afterwards is enormous. I have recordings, and I will absolutely pursue legal action to make sure everyone sees and understands the kind of treatment and attitude you have shown The rooms are unsanitary, and there is ongoing construction starting from 8 a.m., which causes stress for children. The management responds by saying, “You just have to tolerate it.” There is no animation program. The so-called animators invite guests to paid discos outside the hotel. The temperature in the hallways and elevators is suffocating, while the rooms are freezing cold. You can’t adjust the temperature — it’s either too hot if you turn off the AC, or too cold if you leave it on. On the beach, near the café, people throw trash directly into the sea, so the water is full of sunflower seed shells.
