Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort

Resort's location and vibe is amazing. We have liked the pool so much, it is big enough and suitable for swimming. Kids pool is nice, has a kids' slider and shaded. Another kids pool is available behind the Italian restaurant but unfortunately it is not shaded. The beach is nice and clean with a plenty of sun lounger. My kids liked the indoor kids club, it is useful specially when it is too hot to use the pool. We have also tried the billiard, the hall is nice quite and clean. The restaurant buffet is good in the breakfast but needs improvement in the dinner, the food taste is delicious but the variety is less than expected. Hospitality staff are very friendly, kind and welcoming.

All in all an excellent experience. Minor expected inconsistencies but a very good level of service overall, especially considering the price. Staff throughout the resort were always cordial, friendly and helpful. The food was great, plenty of options and of great quality. We will certainly be back soon!

The hotel has a nice location and beautiful design. The pool and the beach are great. The place is very clean, and the beach activity team is active and friendly. Unfortunately the breakfast was very poor, not many choices. The taste was okay, but it needs to be better. The man who helped with the bags and car was very kind, better than the reception. The front desk staff did not smile and didn’t make us feel welcome. This was a big negative point and gave a bad feeling. You need to improve these points to be one of the top hotels in the area.
