Miramare Magnetic Beach Hotel is a true oasis for those who want to combine comfort, quality service, and proximity to the sea. We really liked how clean, spacious, and cozy it is here. Daily cleaning and the attentiveness of the staff make the stay carefree. The delicious cuisine at the restaurant and the beautiful view from the window are especially worth noting. However, it is important to know that smoking on the balcony is not allowed, which ensures comfort for all guests.
We'll be back! Beautiful modern hotel with great service and very friendly staff. The room is sea view, clean and spacious with a kitchenette. Breakfasts are great and the food in the restaurant excellent. The beach is clean with plenty of sunbeds. It was a very relaxing holiday, we enjoyed it very much! Thank you!
We had mixed feelings about our stay. While there were definitely some positives, several aspects of the experience fell short — especially considering the high price. To start on a positive note, the reservation process was handled very well. The staff were responsive and helpful while we were booking, and we truly appreciated the last-minute room upgrade they kindly offered — that gesture made a great first impression. However, once we arrived, the service quality became inconsistent. We were not offered any welcome drinks or vouchers, which are usually standard in hotels of this category. One of the main amenities we were looking forward to was the jacuzzi, but when we asked about it, the administrator said, “It’s not clean, but you can still use it if you want.” That response felt careless and far below professional hospitality standards. The biggest issue was with one of the receptionists — a dark-haired woman with bangs — who consistently came across as rude and unapproachable. She responded to even simple things like “thank you” with silence or sarcasm, and made no effort to assist or show empathy. Her attitude made us feel like we were bothering her rather than being welcomed guests. Fortunately, the restaurant staff really stood out — especially one Russian-speaking waiter who was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, attentive, and very professional. His service added warmth to our experience and made us feel truly cared for. In summary, while we appreciated the smooth booking process and the thoughtful room upgrade, the overall guest service — especially at the front desk — needs serious improvement. We hope the management addresses these issues, as the hotel has potential, but hospitality must be consistent from start to finish.
